
From my experience, if you closely follow the care instructions for the pan, it is wonderful ! So much better than my older stainless steel skillet. Washing pan with water and drying carefully have prevented any rust so far.
If food gets stuck, I add a little water and heat for a short time on stove to loosen. Hamburger patties and salmon cakes brown very well. Eggs do not stick if a little oil or butter is first added to pan.
Results are similar to cast iron skillet, but pan is much lighter. I have the 8 inch pan and the 10 inch pan and hope to add the 12 inch pan soon. I agree completely with the Wirecutter review which chose this pan as a top performer.
